Lenny’s Sub Shop to Reopen in Gallatin, TN
New Franchisee Group, Joclachasis, Inc. Breathes New Life into Existing Location

(Memphis, TN) Lenny’s Sub Shop, at 1025 Nashville Pike in Gallatin, TN is reopening on June 18. New franchisee group Joclachasis, Inc. is pleased to announce plans for renewing the restaurant’s presence in the community.

Partners Steve and Susan Nichols live in White House, TN with their four children. Steve, a pastor of 20 years and a former franchisee of a retail tool concept, was looking for a business that would keep him closer to home. The Nichols had always loved the food and the atmosphere at Lenny’s Sub Shop®. “When we visited the corporate office and learned about the vision of the company and the training and support programs we knew that this was the right opportunity for us to get involved in,” explains Steve.

The Lenny’s Sub Shop location serves hot and cold sandwiches and a variety of salads, seven days a week. All meats and cheeses are sliced fresh to order and the authentic Philly Cheesesteaks are served hot off the grill.
